This rowing machines is a piece of equipment that will suit more advanced rowers. It was specifically designed to give you an intense workout right at your home. It was specifically designed to fold in half to save space and it is also made from very durable materials like steel and aluminium.
To provide resistance, it is uses air. So the faster you are rowing, the higher the resistance will be. This is as close as it can get to simulate actual rowing stroke.

Tight on space at home? A great thing about AR1 Artemis 2 that it can literally fold in half and fit in your storage cupboard at home. Machine is light enough for anyone to move it around, so it should be no storage problems with it at all.
One of the features of air resistance rowers is that they are relatively quiet and with each rowing stroke they give you a nice cool breeze.
Some people give air rowing machines negative reviews due to the fact that there is no resistance adjustments. You can not simply choose resistance level and begin your workout.
The way it works with air resistance is that the faster you row, the greater resistance will be. It is not a negative, more like a simulation of real rowing experience for us.

What customers say about V-Fit AR1 Artemis 2
This machine has no level settings. If I knew this – I would have never bought this. It is good for ladies and for anyone who need light cardio workout
Good for the price. Putting it up together was very easy. No resistance setting though. Computer seems to work fine but it is reacting a bit slow to the strokes per minute.
Good machine with some minor niggles. Everything is good except that the machine slides when used on some surfaces.
The foot rests are in ridiculous position that makes it uncomfortable to use for someone who is 6ft or higher.
Overall, this air rowing machine is a great rower that gives you an opportunity to do a high intense workout at comfort of your home, three monitors allow you to track your progress and the fact that it is easy to store makes it good serious rowing machine for anyone to use at home gym.
